I came across these Rock Energy Drinks at Kmart recently. Since I won’t buy from Kmart anymore withouat a really good reason (a story for another time), I had a look at Coles where I found them in a pack of 4 for $4.00. I realise buying from Coles isn’t much different to Kmart since they are owned by the same company overall, but that’s not the point.
Anyway, I thought I’d give them a try since I hadn’t seen them before and they were really cheap. I have to say, I love them! They don’t taste like any other energy drink I’ve tried, the closest I can think of to describe them is a cross between the old Mother, Red Bull and V. That’s probably hard to imagine, but it’s the closest I can think of to describe it.
Each can is the average size of 250ml and as you can see from the photo, the colour is similar to that of most energy drinks, caramel (150).
They are currently $1.00 a can at Coles.
